To be able to soothe your own emotions, your bodily aches and pains and to help those around you too?
With Reiki you can, once you've learned it, it's always there with you so you can simply put your hands on yourself or anyone else who wishes to receive it and the 'Ki', or Life Force energy, will flow.
The 'Ki' is guided by 'Rei', (the highest consciousness that is your true nature) toward the energy blockages underlying the issue and begins to release them.
This brings a deep sense of calm to the emotions and ease to the body and initiating the body's natural healing process.
Since our true nature is the same as every other living being, once learned, we can use Reiki on animals, plants, the planet. Literally anything can benefit from this frequency of energy because it is the essence of who we all are.
Reiki Level 1
When you learn Reiki at level 1, you learn how to treat yourself and others with the Life Force energy. It is recommended that you use this on yourself, family and friends while learning how it works and gathering experience and benefitting from the healing firsthand. At this level you can also use Reiki on your plants and your pets, they love it too.
Reiki Level 2
When you take Reiki Level 2, this is the practitioner level, where you learn more advanced healing techniques, including the powerful Distance Reiki Healing tool that allows you to send Reiki to literally anyone, anywhere, including yourself. You can use the Distance Reiki Healing technique to transcend time, this includes healing and releasing issues from the past as well as sending it ahead of time to the days, weeks, months or years ahead including specific upcoming situations and events ahead. Reiki brings calm, grace, centered-ness, ease and flow to its recipient whenever it is used.

Who it’s for
Reiki is available for anyone to learn. You don’t need any special skills or healing experience to learn Reiki and become a Reiki practitioner.
If you already use a healing modality, Reiki will simply amplify your healing capacity and increase your sensitivity to the flow of energy in your's and other's systems and help you to pinpoint more accurately where imbalances and blockages are so you can treat more effectively.
Reiki helps you no matter your stage or vocation in life. Reiki simply invites you to become your unique, authentic self, revealing your natural gifts and talents and supporting you to unfold and express more of who you truly are in every moment.

Online Reiki Training for Women
Reiki Training is now available online through distant attunements which are as powerful and potent as in person attunements, if not more so.
The original teaching of Dr. Mikao Usui includes distance healing methods which are taught at Reiki Level Two with attunement to a specific distance healing symbol.
Traditionally, attunements and teaching has happened in person, however, Hawayo Takata, who brought Reiki to the west and is the reason we have Reiki in our lives today, on occasion used to offer attunements at a distance when giving them in person was not possible.
It is now my pleasure after 23 years of teaching Reiki in person, to offer this precious healing modality to any woman who wishes to learn, from anywhere in the world.

By completing the First Degree of Reiki, you’ll be able to give yourself a Reiki healing treatment as well as offering full Reiki healing treatments to family and friends. Reiki Level II – Second Degree

On completing the Second Degree of Reiki, you’ll be able to work as a Reiki practitioner. You will be empowered to work with three sacred Reiki symbols that equip you to work with the Reiki energy at a deeper, more focused level, including using techniques for distance Reiki healing. Distance Reiki healing enables you to send Reiki to anyone, anywhere in the world, at any time as well as to situations in your own past, present and future. You’ll also learn advanced in-person healing treatment techniques at this level.

On completion of the Reiki Master-Teacher training, you’ll working with the Reiki energy at a far deeper level, enabling you to experience a more powerful flow of Ki (Life Force energy) both for your own benefit and in the treatment of others. This Master Level training introduces you to two further sacred Reiki symbols, including the Reiki Master symbol. Initiation to this level allows you to initiate others into the Reiki healing system and how to pass on the sacred traditional teachings and healing techniques of Reiki to others.

Claudia Jones Reiki Master-Teacher
Claudia is a Reiki Master-Teacher who follows the traditional method of teaching Usui Reiki in three stages. Claudia trained in Usui Shiki Ryoho, the Usui Tradition of Natural Healing under two different Reiki Master-Teachers. Her Reiki lineage can be traced directly to its founder, Dr. Mikao Usui. Claudia has been practicing Reiki since 1999 and teaching Reiki extensively since 2000. You can read more about Claudia here.
